a great typical day

today's ride was surprisingly a great day considering today was our third long riding day

i got to ride with sarah and were the first ones to arrive to lunch because we left the unclaimed baggage store earlier than the group

today was a ride filled with corn, sprouts and more corn not much to see and a little hilly but no mountains

i ran out of water at mile 52 because i didn't refill my camelbak at lunch (poor choice) my mouth went dry and it was a good 3 miles before we found a gas station

lesson for the day: refill whenever you can or else you might end up in the middle of no where without water

tommorrow is build day 3 in decatur, alabama should be a good break for the body
