Bike & Build is pedaling to end poverty housing.

Since Bike & Build’s 2002 inception, over the past 7 seasons the organization has donated $2,305,345, built for more than 63,500 hours, pedaled over 4MM miles, and engaged more than 1000 young adults in spreading the word about the affordable housing crisis in America.

a tour of little rock

high:
~free admission at the president clinton musuem... fun fact: he started americorps and the place was surprisingly interesting (don't think i was ever a museum kid)



~i got something to do after bike & build!!! i will be living at home with the rents working for a montgomery county public school studycircles program (trying to close the achievement gap in schools) wooo! super excited!
~heifer international headquarters: a nonprofit org that provides livestock to thirdworld countries so the people can live sustainably (check it out- the org is amazing!!)




today the body, bert (my bike), and i had a great rest day off and ... it was glorious and much needed

low: simply the heat...can't change that (doing the breezy dance and hoping for a easy, coolish ride tommorrow)

more of arkansas tommorrow... itms been beautiful (i will try to put pics up when i can)
